I know, it seems I’m taking lots of flower photos… I’m getting used to my new Flip video and making an interesting video. Each time I make one I gain in knowledge and substance. I figure by the time I’ve created 20 videos I’ll have it down just right and look back and these and SMILE…

One of the things I like best about my area in the spring is that there is a stretch of land, the Wetlands, in the Playa del Rey area where Culver Blvd. runs through it… well, this time of year Huel Howser where are you! You can see true California Gold… the fields are full of wild flowers, daisies and more. For the past thirty years this is one of my favorite drives for spring… and it’s only 5 mins from my house so I make sure I take this back street when ever I can.

Smiles are one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourself and others! They are easy, fun and free! Think about it, people we don’t even know will smile at us! Some places you might encounter this unique behavior are: elevators, walking down a street, restaurants, malls, parks, museums, beaches, movie theartres, grocery stores, especiall the produce section, card shops, etc. I encourage you to b’friendly with yours!
A smile is the purest form of energy. It will change the vibration of any situation before — during — after a conversation. Opening and allowing a heightened frequency of interaction. Positively changing your relationship to all areas of your life. What is it about something so natural and freely given, that creates such an impact?
