Today’s twitter question was about smiling. For me, a smile is the smallest form of energy creation. It has the power to immediately change your state. You hear people talking about being tired, stressed out, feeling stuck, these are all low energy feelings. I suggest you give smiling a try and then find something to laugh about, you’ll be up and running at full speed in no time at all with a renewed direction and focus.
Be a Smile. Be a Cause. Be IT Now!®

Below are some responses I got from twitter:
Pat_Lorna Pat’s favorite part is making Lorna #smile with a joke, a look, or a beautiful comment. Lorna just has a glow with her smile.
Mike_Wesely @KarrieRoss If a picture is worth 1000 words a smile is worth 1Million
@chris_larson #smile It makes you want to smile back – even when you are in a bad mood. We should all smile more often – make the world happier
jeffpower A smile’s the universal connection. Gets me embraced in poor villages of countless languages in countries the world over.
jamesdickey My favorite thing about a smile is that it is a universal symbol of joy, pleasure or contentment. #smile
AlohaArleen My favorite thing about a smile is spirit of joy which makes it appear.
mascell my favourite thing about a #smile is that you can hear it in the voice even when you can’t see it
TheDailyBlonde a smile? soo important. My favorite thing is seeing one!! So many people DON’T smile. Smiling Rules.

Today when I got on Twitter everyone was bored, frustrated, tired, or some other type of negative thought so I decided to see if anyone was listening and began to post…. and I posted 100 tweets with in 6 hours…Working inbetween.
By the end of the day I felt energized and my mind was clear and racing with new ideas. This is a great remedy for writers block.
